FAQ

What is included in my rental fee?

All our properties are fully furnished and equipped and the tariff includes a weekly linen & towel change, heating, lighting, water, electricity, council taxes, television licence & welcome pack. However, we do charge for outgoing phione calls.

Check in time

Our check in time is between 14.00 and 17.00. It may be possible to check in before 14.00 by special arrangement with the owner (please refer to Terms & Conditions for early/late check in charges).

Check out time

Check out time is prior to 10.00 hrs. It may be possible to check out after 10.00 by special arrangement with the owner (please refer to Terms & Conditions for late check out charges).

Are sheets and towels provided?

Linen (sheets and towels) is provided. The laundry service provided will vary from property to property. Some owners will provide a weekly change of laundry, other owners will leave several sets of laundry for use during your stay.

Who will meet me at the property?

Either the owner or a Weekly Home representative will meet you on arrival.

Who do I contact in case of problems during my stay?

Please refer to your booking confirmation documents. If owner managed, the owner is the first point of contact during your stay. If managed by Weekly Home you can contact us on the Weekly Home office number, or on the 24 hour emergency phone number should you have any problems or questions.
