Payment

An initial deposit of £200 is required to confirm a booking; we cannot reserve a property until this has been received. The full balance of the payment is then due 6 weeks before arrival date.

 Cancellation

Please note that your booking deposit of £200 is strictly non-refundable. If a cancellation is received more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, any fees paid over and above the £200 deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, we regret that we are unable to make any refunds.

Insurance

We therefore strongly advise you to have adequate holiday insurance to cover you against cancellation, as well as insurance coverage against loss, theft or personal injury.

Rental terms and conditions

These are our summarised terms. Full terms and conditions appear in our booking contract.

• Guests are requested to leave the property in as clean and tidy condition as when you first arrived. A charge will be made for additional cleaning if the property is left untidy or dirty.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
• Pets are not permitted in any of our properties.
• Guests are required to respect the privacy of other residents and to refrain from making any disruptive noise or play music at a level which causes annoyance to other residents.
• Guests must abide by the conditions for the maximum number of occupants in the property.
• Breakages or damages will be charged to guests at replacement cost
• The owners are permitted entry to the apartment at any time if there is reasonable cause to suspect that any of the above regulations are being broken.
• Any guest not abiding by the above requests will be requested to vacate the apartment with no refund of fees paid.
• Please be sure to return all keys. Lost keys may require locks of the accommodation to be changed. Replacement keys will be charged from the security deposit held.
